Postcard promoting congressional approval of the Panama-Pacific International Exposition. Ilustrated with scene depicting various symbolic figures and objects associated with California and the United States -- e.g. Liberty figure, miner (?) with shovel, grizzly bear, bear flag, U.S. flag -- as well as a steamship proceeding through what may be the Panama Canal or the Golden Gate.
